Who provides the service

What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of Novompo, the service IGS Consult operates to connect the online shops it runs to their Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts and to publish posts to them. That covers the connection address connect.igs-consult.com and the social-media functions of the shops' administration tools.

They do not govern purchases in those shops, which have their own terms of sale, or the use of this website.

Who may use the service

The service is not open to the public. It is used by IGS Consult and by the people IGS Consult has authorised to operate one of its shops. There is no sign-up: access to a shop's administration tool is granted by IGS Consult, and can be withdrawn by it.

Connecting an account

Connect only accounts, Pages and business profiles that you are entitled to manage for the shop concerned.

You connect through the platform's own login, and there you choose which permissions and which Pages or accounts to share. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time in the platform's settings. We never ask for your password on the platform, and we never store it.

What the service does

It prepares posts for a shop's own accounts from that shop's own product information and brand guidelines, lets the people operating the shop review, edit, approve or reject them, and publishes them at the scheduled time.

Posts prepared with the help of artificial intelligence carry the label "AI" in their text.

Prices and offers stated in a post are checked against the shop's catalogue before it is published. A post whose statements are no longer accurate is not published.

Your responsibilities

When you use the service, you:

• follow the terms and policies of each platform you connect
• keep your access to the administration tool to yourself
• review before publishing the posts that require approval
• tell us without delay if you believe a connected account or your access has been misused

The platforms' own terms

Using a platform through the service does not change your relationship with that platform: its own terms and policies continue to apply, including those of Meta, X, LinkedIn and TikTok.

A platform may limit, change or end the features the service relies on. We will adapt the service where we can, but we are not responsible for a platform's decisions.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, in particular when a platform changes its interfaces.

A post that cannot be published is reported in the administration tool. It is not published later without appearing there again.

Ending the use of the service

You can disconnect an account at any time. IGS Consult may suspend or end access to the service, in particular where these terms or a platform's rules are breached.

What happens to the data afterwards is set out in the privacy policy and on the data deletion page.

Content and rights

The texts and images the service prepares for a shop may be used by that shop. The service itself — its software, design and documentation — remains the property of IGS Consult.

Liability

IGS Consult is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, to the extent the law permits, liability for indirect damage and for failures of the platforms or of other third-party services is excluded.

Personal data

How personal data is handled in the service is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The courts in Sofia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the version in force; we tell the people using the service about significant changes before they take effect.
