Sectors and mandates
Sectors we have completed work in, and the software products the group owns and operates.
Where the work has been done
Store and e-commerce platforms placed with teams here, and the cost of running them modelled.
Regulated delivery, vendor obligations and the audit trail a supervisor expects to see.
Policy and claims systems staffed under contract, with data handling agreed before work began.
Patient-data obligations settled at structure stage rather than discovered at go-live.
Systems that cannot stop, and the shift structure and cover that keeps them running.
Clearance, nationality and access conditions established before any scope was written.
Why the sector matters to the advice
Software we own and operate
Alongside the advisory practice, the group holds a portfolio of software products of its own. Every product below belongs to IGS Consult, and running them is continuing work — platform and infrastructure, release and support, and the commercial operation behind each one.
Every product goes to market under its own name. Operating our own is what makes the advice specific: the same questions a client faces here, we have already had to answer for ourselves.
A market this size rewards the companies that arrive prepared.
Bulgaria offers engineering depth, EU membership and costs that still make a strong case — advantages that hold for companies who set the operation up properly the first time.
Our work is to make sure that is how it happens.
What a mandate is not
An advisory relationship is easier to trust when its limits are stated at the outset rather than discovered later. These are the limits of a client mandate.
